Step One: Use Goodsearch as your search engine.

Open Space generates about a cent for every search you make, but think about all the things you search in a day.  Even devoting two of your searches each day to us can make a difference.  Goodsearch also links up to popular online stores (like amazon.com). Go through Goodsearch when you shop online, and not only can OSA get money from your purchase, but you can also find some nifty coupons in the process.

Step Two: Subscribe to some magazines.

Please take a few minutes to visit our fundraising page to shop in support of a great cause. You can purchase or renew existing subscriptions to your favorite magazines at up to 85% off, or order flowers, Restaurant.com eCertificates and more. Each time you make a purchase via our page, we’ll be credited for the sale and up to 40% will go back to our group!  You can also support us by sharing our page and spreading the word to friends and family.

Step Three: Come to our events.

We don’t just have a summer show, we also have events all year round.  Our companies perform three time a year, we have an annual swing dance, and we also have other fundraisers including restaurant nights.  Coming to any of these events is a major help to us.  And we also love new members, and there are opportunites to join in on the fun.  Join our email list (which you can do by going back to the homepage) and keep abreast of all our events, or email (at openspaceartsmd@gmail.com) us your address to join our snail mail list.

Step Four: Offer us your services

Do you have a performance space you can lend us?

Are you skilled in carpentry or construction and would like to donate some work?

Do you have fundraiser ideas?

Can you mow our lawn for the day?

We will accept any and all help.  We are not picky.  Even if you think you can’t do anything, you probably have something to offer us, whether it is building us a new stage or baking our actors cookies.

Step Five: Donate money

We are a nonprofit, so this means we are broke.  In this economy, all of us are suffering, and we are no better off.  Please consider making a tax deductible donation today.  Even the littlest amount goes a long way.
